Leader in Japanese quick service in delivery, take away and on site, Sushi Shop owns a network of more than 100 points of sale mainly in Europe. We are looking for cooks / sushimen / commis, for our restaurant in Vevey.Cooks / sushimen - VeveyYour mission:- Reception and storage of goods;- Disinfection of fruits & vegetables;- Fish cutting;- Preparation of rice, soups, salads, makis, sushis and others;- Preparation of orders taking into account delivery times;- Maintain traceability;- Respect of hygiene standards (HACCP);- Monitoring of stocks, inventories and orders.Profiles sought:- Motivated / Serious / Experience as a commis / Swiss or foreign with valid residence permit or passport.- Start: As soon as possible.Only selected applicants will be contacted. jid0314d13aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
