Mandated by a well-known company in the region, to ensure the management and coordination of work on a night shift site (2:30 pm - 11:30 pm) located at 1345 Le Lieu, in the Vallée de Joux, we are looking for a:
Night Foreman (M/F)
- Federal foreman certificate or equivalent training
- Proven experience in site management in construction
- Excellent team management skills
- Strong organisational and responsibility skills
- Ability to manage several stakeholders simultaneously
- Good knowledge of current safety standards
- Proficient with common IT tools
- Available to work night shifts (2:30 pm - 11:30 pm)
- Organise, coordinate and supervise teams on site
- Ensure compliance with schedules, deadlines and set objectives
- Monitor the quality of work carried out and adherence to safety rules
- Control site progress and anticipate resource needs
- Act as liaison between field teams, project management and various stakeholders
- Participate in site meetings and carry out necessary reporting
- Ensure optimal use of equipment and resources provided
- Contribute to the smooth running of work in compliance with project requirements
