Project Manager for our client, a high-end watch manufacturing company in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a continuous Project Manager (M/F) for a maximum duration of 24 months. Tasks: You will manage a portfolio of projects, from the definition of specifications to implementation in the following areas of equipment. You will ensure the monitoring, steering, and completion of projects: Understanding needs and stakes, project scoping (planning, deliverables, KPIs, ...), project management and team management, reporting to the project steering committee and management, supporting change, and actively participating in the development of a continuous culture: Developing a continuous culture within the teams, promoting and supporting Lean tools. As a Project Manager, you stand out for your transversal leadership, analytical mindset, and understanding of industrial challenges. Proactive and dynamic, you bring innovative solutions that optimize processes. Your interests in project management, Lean Manufacturing, and the industry will make a difference. You hold an engineering degree with good skills in an industrial environment acquired during a first professional experience of 2 years, during which you have demonstrated dynamism.
