To complete our team within the department of our Eclépens plant, we are looking for a:Manager Continuous Improvement - Industrial Production Process- Based in Eclépens, 100% - Permanent contract.RESPONSIBILITIES- Improve production processes.- Monitor project progress and ensure follow-up.- Change management: support, training, and coordination of tests and analysis of results.- Use of LEAN tools such as the Deming Cycle, problem-solving methods, value stream mapping, measurement system analysis, implementation of R&R studies.- Use of predictive tools such as process FMEA.- Work with capability tools and provide complete project tracks, including cost management to meet defined standards.PROFILE- Management of a team of 2 people.- Minimum ES level (mechanics, technical trades) with an engineering degree in technical/industrial trades.- Minimum experience of 3-5 years in an industrial environment.- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office (notably Excel), and MINITAB.- Knowledge of French. Good level of English (min.
