Our industrial group embodies precision and excellence. Through this unique mastery, we support the largest Swiss watchmaking houses in their development. To join our team and actively contribute to the optimization and standardization of our processes using a Lean Manufacturing approach with the help of 5S and Standard Work, we are looking for an intern for a duration of 6 months. This internship is ideal for those who wish to evolve in the field and implement Lean Management tools.Intern in Continuous Improvement or MethodsYour missionsDeployment of 5S- Perform a 5S diagnosis on various workstations.- Identify gaps, critical points, and opportunities for 5S projects in collaboration with field teams.- Design and install adapted visual aids.- Support teams in adopting good practices.- Set up monitoring via audits and manage action plans and updates of standard documents.Standardization- Observe workstations to understand processes.- Draft or update standard documents:- Work methods (in connection with the Technical Office)- Quality & safety checklists- Harmonize practices between production workshops regarding safety, quality, ergonomics, and adherence to the continuous improvement approach.- Contribute to the daily monitoring of production indicators.- Participate in monitoring and advancing action plans.Profile sought- Student in an engineering school, specializing in production, industrial engineering, or methods.- Interested in continuous improvement, process optimization, and industrial performance.- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, 5S, Kaizen...), an asset.- Analytical skills, rigor, and sense of organization.- Proactive and eager to contribute to concrete solutions.- Ease in teamwork and taste for the field.- Proficiency in the Office pack.- Ideal start date in September.Why join us?- A concrete internship, at the heart of production.- Possibility to lead projects with real impact.- Support by expert and committed teams.- A rewarding experience for a future career in industry or consulting.Interested?
