We are looking for a Consumer and Market Insights Project Manager for a 9-month fixed-term contract (replacement). The role reports to the Global Consumer & Market Insights Director. You will work on global brand marketing for L Occitane en Provence and help the global marketing teams with choices and decisions based on consumer and market insights. RESPONSIBILITIES: Global Brand L Occitane en Provence: Ensure global marketing across all products is rooted in consumer needs and ensure the global strategies are fit-for-use in key markets. Project lead on all consumer research projects, working with external partners and internal self-service tools. Drive the adoption and capability building via new test & learn tools in core markets. Partner with Marketing teams in key markets to ensure strategies are based on research insights. Partner with the global Revenue Growth Team to fully understand the customer lifecycle and purchase behaviour to identify business opportunities in recruitment (trade-in) and bridging (trade-up & across). Continuously infuse consumer-centric decision-making across the organization with the CMI as a centre of excellence for consumer and market insights. Ensure excellence within the team (capability building, reliability, accessibility). HOW YOU CAN FIT: +5 years of experience in consumer insights and marketing, preferably in the beauty industry and ideally in a regional or global role. Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify and visualize complex data from trends, market or research into actionable insights: ability to zoom in and see the broader scale. High level of excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels. Well-balanced mindset between analytical skills and story-telling capabilities. Problem-solving and a can-do working approach. Fluency in English; a good basis in French is a plus. Strong team spirit and ability to interact constructively with various levels.
