Insurance advice and clients hold no secrets for you? Do you enjoy accompanying, convincing, and building lasting relationships with your clients? This position is for you! We are looking for our future: Advisor - 100%. Start date: July 1 / August 1 / September 1 (to be agreed upon). Within our institution, you will support our prospects and clients in the field of insurance and to combat fire risks and elements. You will play a key role in analyzing the needs of our clients (individuals and businesses) and propose suitable insurance solutions while ensuring rigorous follow-up of your files. Through your actions in the field, you actively contribute to promoting our services and our missions as a true ambassador, representing our institution and conveying a professional, committed image while embodying our values. Who are you? You hold a vocational certificate in sales, commerce, insurance, or an equivalent qualification, complemented by at least three years of experience in insurance advice. You have a good knowledge of the Canton of Vaud and know how to analyze our clients' needs by offering relevant and tailored solutions. Experience in the real estate or construction sector is an advantage. You are comfortable with tools and have a perfect command of standard office software. You have excellent mastery of French (oral and written). Any additional language is a plus. You demonstrate an excellent sense of service, work autonomously, and are oriented towards results. Comfortable in demanding environments, you know how to make decisions and adapt with flexibility. Your attention to detail, ease of collaboration, and resilience to stress are real assets.
