For one of our clients, we are looking for Team Leaders (M/F) in building.Your missions and responsibilities: Ensure the smooth execution of construction work and small projects, master the management and supervision of sites, manage orders, calculate team needs (8 to 15 people), quality control, DT meetings, compliance with safety rules, reading plans, formwork of vertical and horizontal elements, traditional formwork, metal formwork (Meva), shutters, rebar, stripping, re-engagement, vibrating, concrete, brick assembly, installation of prefabricated stairs and finishes, exposed concrete, machinist or crane operator is a must. Motivate a team of workers to carry out the work according to our requirements and those of our clients. You are a conscientious, dynamic person skilled in the relevant fields, holding a diploma in team management and several years of experience, ideally in Switzerland, in the management of projects.
