Job Description:
We are looking for a Construction Team Leader to join our company active on sites in French-speaking Switzerland.

You will be responsible for coordinating teams, monitoring work and ensuring compliance with Swiss safety and quality standards.

• Team management "” managing bricklayers/formworkers, task allocation, integrating new staff
• Organisation of structural work "” site preparation, daily planning, coordination with the site manager
• Technical work "” supervising formwork, reinforcement, concreting, assembly of walls and load-bearing structures
• SUVA safety "” strict application of safety rules, risk prevention, PPE control
• Progress monitoring "” reporting to the site manager, anticipating material and equipment needs

Job Requirements:

Your Profile

• Proven experience in structural work in Switzerland (masonry, formwork, reinforced concrete)
• Knowledge of SIA standards and SUVA requirements
• Ability to read and interpret execution plans
• Natural leadership, rigour and organisational skills
• Valid driving licence in Switzerland
