As the true guarantor of their proper execution, you coordinate companies, planners, and various partners to ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality requirements. Within an experienced team, you will lead large-scale projects in an environment that prioritizes transparency, proximity to the field, and technical excellence.Main Responsibilities- Intervene from the general estimate and call for tender phases to prepare optimal conditions for project execution.- Develop and manage execution schedules, organize phasing, site meetings, and guarantee compliance with deadlines.- Ensure the management of works by coordinating all companies, planners, and partners involved on the site.- Supervise call for tender procedures, participate in negotiations, and ensure the monitoring of company contracts, particularly in the context of public procurement.- Guarantee cost control, check supplementary offers, down payments, and invoices, while ensuring compliance with the budget.- Be the guarantor of the quality of execution of the works, in close collaboration with architects, specialized planners, and companies.- Ensure a regular presence on construction sites, anticipate difficulties, propose solutions, and ensure the smooth running of the work.- Maintain a relationship of trust with project owners, architects, planners, and companies throughout the duration of the projects.- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure fluid execution in accordance with the objectives set.- Contribute actively to the success of complex construction projects by guaranteeing compliance with costs, deadlines, and the level of quality.Profile- Benefiting from a degree in the field of construction (architect, engineer, ES technician, or equivalent), you possess solid technical knowledge and justify confirmed experience in construction management in Switzerland, ideally on complex and large-scale projects, particularly in the public or parapublic sectors.- You master the management of general construction works and are comfortable with the steering of costs, deadlines, quality, as well as the coordination of companies and planners.- Comfortable with digital tools, you use MS Project, Excel, and ideally BIM.- Committed and proactive, you demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy being present in the field to advance projects.- Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to establish a relationship of trust with project owners, architects, planners, and companies.- You possess authority and know how to enforce decisions with tact, diplomacy, and firmness.- Rigorous and comfortable with numbers, you appreciate demanding environments where precision and responsiveness are essential.- Motivated by ambitious projects, you wish to contribute to the realization of works by guaranteeing flawless execution.- You are perfectly comfortable in French.
