The Real Estate unit, based at the headquarters in Bern, actively contributes to this mission by providing adapted and sustainable infrastructure, serving our social and human activities, and ensuring the sustainability of our field of activity.Representative - Construction ProjectsYou steer and coordinate construction projects from the definition of the specifications to their completion.You represent the interests of the client as well as the users before the authorities and other stakeholders.You ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, and sustainability objectives.In collaboration with internal partners, you develop viable solutions adapted to different uses.You prepare decision-making bases, reports, and requests in German and French.You also represent the interests of the client in matters related to construction law.What you bring:- Architect degree (HES) or equivalent.- Several years of experience in the planning or management of construction projects.- Experience in project management and/or representation of the client.- Independent and solution-oriented personality.- Structured and efficient working method.- Skills in negotiation, sense of diplomacy, and powers of persuasion.- Good knowledge of German.- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams).- Identification with the charter and Christian values of the Salvation Army.What we offer you:- Exciting construction projects with high social impact, in a meaningful environment.- Autonomous work with short decision-making processes.- Modern infrastructure.- Opportunities for continuing education and professional development.- Advantageous social benefits.- A central workplace, near the Bern train station. jid19fd033aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
