Project Manager in Construction ManagementAs part of the development of the company, we are creating the position of:PROJECT MANAGER IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENTThis key role, within a growing company active in project management for large-scale public projects, will be in charge of leading project management and construction supervision, within a small, dynamic team, supervised by experienced professionals.Workplace: Yverdon-les-Bains with travel depending on projectsStart date: To be agreed upon from AugustYour role:- Pilot the project and monitor progress with precision, ensure the coordination of stakeholders and the follow-up of decisions.- Structure the general project schedule, coordinate call for tender procedures, then establish estimates and submissions based on the project.- Manage financial commitments, control amendments, and verify the compliance of invoices; ensure financial monitoring and update costs to guarantee budgetary control of the project.- Analyze the schedule, control the progress of work, anticipate interventions, and organize site meetings with the drafting of minutes.- Organize the acceptance and closing of works, then ensure the follow-up of guarantees and non-conformities.Profile:- CFC in a technical field of construction, or higher education diploma in architecture or engineering, polytechnic school or other recognized institutions.- REG diploma.- Years of confirmed experience in project management and site supervision.- Good knowledge of call for tender procedures in public procurement.- Mastery of standard management software and Messerli and MSProject.- Spoken and written mastery of the current French language.- Mastery of German.Interested?:Send us your complete application file now (CV accompanied by work certificates and cover letter).
