Excellent opportunity to join a renowned general company in a Construction PPE Assistant M/F position.

Our client is a renowned general company based in the Lausanne region.

They have commissioned us to assist in recruiting a Construction PPE Assistant M/F.

New position

6-month fixed-term contract (possibly renewable) to start immediately

Responsibilities

Your main duties are:

In collaboration with the PPE Manager, and within the framework of the construction of a major PPE in the Canton of Vaud:

- Preparation and drafting of quotes for clients, using Excel

- Administrative follow-up of PPE files (and subsequently of buyers)

- Updating tracking tables and databases

- Carrying out necessary reminders and monitoring deadlines

- Organisation and filing of documents

- Coordination of communications between buyers, companies and partners

- Regular site visits

Candidate Profile

- Experience in a similar position in Switzerland required (Project assistant, DT assistant, technical assistant...)

- Skills in plan reading and technical coordination

- Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite, especially Excel

- Rigour, organisational skills, ability to manage several files simultaneously
