Construction Project Director Architect H/FOur company, headquartered in Lausanne, has been active for over 50 years in the field of property management. To complement our service, which primarily involves the study of energy and housing projects, as well as the technical management of these works, we are looking for a work-oriented architect H/F.Profile:- HES or EPF architect or equivalent (Bachelor's or Master's);- Excellent knowledge of construction technology and current standards (SIA, SUVA, bpa, etc.);- Approximately 5 years of experience in Switzerland in the study and management of works and energy renovation;- Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders (owners, companies, authorities, etc.);- Strong sense of responsibility and prioritization;- Dynamic, flexible, and precise, with a solutions-oriented approach;- Excellent analytical skills;- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;- Honest, loyal, and able to demonstrate diligence;- Willingness to collaborate within a small team and to work autonomously;- Proficiency in tools;- Excellent command of the French language (spoken and written);- REG A/B and of;- Experience in property management.Main responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of each project of renovation and/or energy for our clients (study, request for tenders, estimates, quality control, costs and deadlines, drafting minutes, etc.);- Project management (messaging, correspondence, LPPPL, etc.), with the support of the service assistant;- Support/advice to management and the geographic service.We offer:- A stable professional environment, 40-hour workweeks, and 5 weeks of vacation;- Starting date: immediately or to be agreed.Are you interested in this new challenge?
