To strengthen our team dedicated to the execution of architectural projects, we are looking for:
Construction Manager 80 to 100%
Your main tasks:
- Develop and optimise projects
- Lead and direct technical coordination meetings with clients and contractors
- Prepare preliminary measurements, measurements, and calculations
- Draft tender and bid specifications
- Prepare, plan, and supervise the execution of works
- Manage stakeholders, including clients, representatives, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality of works
Your profile:
- Holder of a HES/EPF architect diploma, ES technician in site planning, CFC building draughtsman, or equivalent
- 3 years of desired experience in a similar position in Switzerland
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss legislation and standards
- Proficiency in common IT tools such as Messerli Gestion, Autodesk, Office Suite, etc.
- Ability to work independently while fostering team spirit
- Commitment and sense of responsibility
- Rigour, precision, autonomy, adaptability.
