You are responsible for:- the coordination of companies and trades- technical monitoring (control of execution plans)- the management of costs, deadlines, and submissions- the financial monitoring of projectsYou manage varied projects: buildings, villas, and chalets, in new construction as well as renovation. You also manage high-standard projects.Environment:You work with a network of companies with which we have collaborated for many years, in a climate of trust, facilitating the smooth running of construction sites.You have autonomy in the organization of your work, in collaboration with the team.
