In close collaboration with the Board of Directors, you will ensure the management of activities, unite the teams around a common vision, and actively contribute to writing the next chapter of its development.Main responsibilities:- Define and implement the company's strategy in collaboration with the Board of Directors.- Ensure the overall management of activities and guarantee the financial and operational performance of the company.- Support the evolution of governance and prepare the company for future challenges.- Unite, supervise, and develop teams by fostering a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and excellence.- Supervise operations and ensure the proper execution of projects in compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives.- Develop and maintain relationships of trust with clients, partners, suppliers, and key market players.- Identify and seize development opportunities to sustainably strengthen the company's positioning.- Guarantee rigorous management of resources, investments, and performance indicators.- Pilot continuous improvement projects and ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements as well as safety and quality standards.Your profile:- Benefiting from a basic education in the construction field, you have ideally completed your background with higher education such as an entrepreneur diploma, engineer, federal master's degree, or equivalent.- Additional training in management, business administration, or governance is an appreciated asset.- You benefit from solid experience acquired within construction companies in Switzerland, ideally in the fields of masonry, reinforced concrete, and structural work.- Throughout your career, you have developed an excellent understanding of the realities of a construction company as well as the challenges related to operational management.- Your career path has allowed you to occupy a management or leadership position with responsibilities on human and financial levels.- Recognized for your leadership, you know how to unite teams, develop talent, and establish a climate of lasting trust.- Capable of taking a step back while remaining close to the field, you combine vision, entrepreneurial sense, and pragmatism.- Your personality allows you to accompany change while respecting the history, values, and culture of the company.- Endowed with a strong sense of responsibility, you demonstrate integrity, perseverance, and exemplarity.Joining this company means taking part in a strong entrepreneurial and human adventure.
