We are looking for: Construction Economist - General ContractorYour main missions will be:- Analyze the project from the perspective of the overall cost of all avenues to improve the competitiveness of the offer- Research economically advantageous technical and constructive variants- Optimize surfaces, volumes, and construction methods- Study the possibilities of optimizing the structure- Verify facades, roofs, and exterior layouts- Reduce costs related to earthworks, basements, and HVAC works- Identify risk items that could generate additional costs during the construction phase- Analyze implementation yields and indirect construction site costs- Verify the consistency of quantities and measurements- Participate in establishing the cost price for the general contractor- Assist the team in the preparation of calls for tenders for companies- Analyze and compare submission returns- Identify price discrepancies and propose adjustments- Maintain a database of updated costs and prices- Participate in the preparation of offers and competitions- Propose variants to improve the margin while maintaining the quality of the project- Establish a table of variants with financial impact by CFCProfile:- Higher education in the field of construction, construction economics, or civil engineering- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role- Good command of CFC, cost calculation, and construction methods- Confirmed experience in a general contracting company- Analytical mind, oriented towards rigor and sense of prioritiesAre you interested in this position?
