Construction EconomistOur client, a company active in high-end construction and interior design projects in French-speaking Switzerland, is looking for a Construction Economist to strengthen its team. Reporting to the project management, you will be responsible for the contractual management of projects, from the tender phase to their completion.Responsibilities- Contractual management of projects- Analysis of tenders and contractual conditions- Coordination with partners and subcontractors- Monitoring of contracts and amendments- Financial monitoring of projects- Invoicing to clients and supplier invoices- Management of guarantees and insuranceYour profile- Higher education in management/construction- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction sector- Good knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss construction law- Good negotiation and communication skills- Fluent in French, good level of English- Proficiency in MS Office jid1ecd82aaen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
