You ensure the technical and economic relevance of the offers, compliance with budgets, and the consistency of interfaces between lots. Your role includes a critical analysis of the concepts proposed by contractors as well as the search for optimized solutions that add value to the project. You work closely with Implenia's internal divisions, external partners, and critique specifications, descriptions, plans, and concepts provided by contractors while considering limits and interfaces between lots.Costing of (GO, earthworks, AMEX, special works) taking market risks, opportunities, and variants that may add value into account from suppliers and subcontractors; establishment of specifications for calls for tenders. Analysis of received offers, participation in meetings with management, the client, and coordination with other internal divisions and partners; steering and monitoring of technical submission files (descriptions, methods, schedules, etc.). Contribution to general contracting decisions through critical analyses and proposals for cost follow-up after project execution for experience feedback and knowledge building. Requirements include a degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technician, or equivalent and several years of experience in a study office, general contracting, or specialized company; knowledge of the local market, prices, and construction techniques related to structural work, earthworks, special works, and exterior development. Critical analysis capability, synthesis skills, solution-oriented, and awareness of environmental, sustainability aspects, as well as regulatory requirements and cantonal standards, etc. Rigorous, autonomous, and respectful of deadlines. Ability to communicate and present your analyses and proposals to internal teams as well as management. Excellent stress management skills during peak periods; proficiency in the software Géomensura and the MS Office suite. Knowledge of Autocad, Revit, and Solibri is appreciated.
