Active in managing large-scale construction projects throughout French-speaking Switzerland, EMCO Partenaires SA is a service company based in Crissier (VD) providing specialised services in Project Management, Site Management, Construction Economics and Owner’s Assistance.

In collaboration with renowned Institutional, Public and Private clients, EMCO becomes the reference partner to ensure clients meet their financial, qualitative and time objectives in the construction process.

As part of the development of our site management activities, we are looking for a:

 

Site Manager (80/100%)

Your mission:

  • Control of costs, deadlines and quality of construction sites
  • Preparation of framework schedules and detailed execution schedules
  • Establishment of contracts
  • Site monitoring for all trades and reporting
  • Coordination of contractors
  • Conducting site meetings
  • Preparation of minutes of site meetings
  • Carrying out handovers with the Owners
  • Follow-up of warranty works
  • Monitoring and control of invoicing and final accounts
  • Administrative tasks related to the site

 

Your skills:

  • Higher education in construction / building draughtsman apprenticeship / site manager diploma or significant experience
  • Proven experience in managing construction sites and coordinating different trades, including at least 3 years in Switzerland
  • Teamwork skills, autonomy, rigour and overall vision
  • Committed professional, your sense of priorities and work organisation reflect your rigour
  • Proficiency in MS Project
  • Mastery of Messerli Gestion and ability to prepare detailed bids
  • Perfect command of the French language
  • Driving licence
