In a modern and structured professional environment, you will be the main contact for your client portfolio and ensure reliable and compliant accounting.Key missions:- Ensure the complete accounting management of a client portfolio.- Handle the entry of transactions, bank transactions, and account monitoring.- Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports as well as ad hoc analyses.- Process supplier invoices and execute payments.- Prepare and establish financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.- Conduct VAT returns and ensure tax compliance.- Maintain a regular and quality client relationship.- Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and contribute to their federal oversight.Profile:- Specialist in finance and accounting / fiduciary agent: strongly appreciated (obtained or in progress) with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a fiduciary in Switzerland, with mastery of local specifics (VAT, standards, taxation).- Strong customer service orientation, able to advise and assist premium clients.- Proactive.- Excellent command of French, good level of English; German = a plus.- Versatile, very good prioritization skills, sense of confidentiality and a high level of integrity.- Proficient with office tools (Excel, Word) -- Mastery of Winbiz, Bexio, Crésus.Does this job match your profile?
