Our agencies in Geneva - Lausanne and our CritXpert firm are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a permanent position for a client based in Lausanne, with the aim of managing a large-scale project in General Contracting.Your mission:- Lead the teams from the pre-project phase to construction, in close collaboration with the client and companies.- Coordinate the various partners of the project.- Manage the relationships with the authorities and the project owner.- Ensure the economic and financial follow-up of your project, respecting deadlines and costs.- Manage a team of one or more site managers depending on the size of the project.- Guarantee the safety and environment of the project.- Receive the work until the lifting of deficiencies.Your profile:- Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction or Architect (HES - EPFL).- A confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position within a general contractor in Switzerland, applied to projects.- You are versatile and proactive.- You know how to manage projects by setting priorities for your teams.- You have a good contact and know how to advise and support clients in the construction process.- You have good knowledge of SIA, AEAI standards, and safety at work regulations.
