## Job Description ##
* Support the preparation and setup of conference rooms and meeting spaces
* Provide on-site and virtual logistical support to internal and external stakeholders
* Monitor meetings and coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Assist in the management of virtual conferencing platforms (e.g. setup, participant support, troubleshooting)
* Contribute to process improvements and digital initiatives related to conference services
* Perform additional event-related duties as required
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Experience in organizing and supporting international conferences or events
* Familiarity with audiovisual systems and videoconferencing tools (e.g. Zoom or similar platforms)
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support users effectively
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of professionalism, flexibility, and customer service orientation
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
