As part of the development of our Puidoux (VD) branch, we are looking for a passionate and experienced 100% SITE MANAGER.
Experienced Building Site Manager (M/F)
To strengthen our building team, we are looking for a site manager (M/F).
Your responsibilities
- Management and monitoring of building construction sites (New and Renovation)
- Planning and coordination of works
- Organisation of human, material and technical resources
- Financial management of sites (budgets, measurements, cost tracking)
- Coordination with the works management, architects and engineers
- Participation in site meetings and drafting progress reports
- Contract management
- Quality control of works and compliance with Swiss construction standards
- Monitoring safety and procedures on sites
Profile sought:
- You hold a qualification as a site manager, engineer (HES/EPFL) or an equivalent diploma
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- You possess excellent teamwork, communication and coordination skills
- You have a high degree of autonomy and organisation in managing works
