Concrete Batching Plant OperatorOn behalf of one of our clients, a major and historic player in the construction sector in French-speaking Switzerland, currently experiencing growth in the Valais market, we are looking for a Concrete Batching Plant Operator for a permanent, long-term position at the Martigny site.Concrete Batching Plant OperatorOur client is a leading construction group, firmly established in French-speaking Switzerland. Its presence in Valais has been strengthened in recent years by the acquisition of several local sites, with a constant commitment: to maintain jobs and grow the existing teams. The Martigny site brings together around twenty employees in an SME-like atmosphere, supported by the resources and stability of a large group.Your missions and responsibilities- Daily operation of the concrete batching plant from the control station- Management of customer orders, production, and departures with drivers- Precise dosing of raw materials (aggregates, cement, admixtures, water) according to recipes and quality requirements- Monitoring the proper functioning of the plant, identifying maintenance needs, and alerting in case of anomalies- Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards- Traceability of production and keeping of the production log- Close collaboration with the plant team, drivers, the laboratory, and the site managerYour profile- At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a concrete batching plant operator or in an equivalent position in a ready-mix concrete plant- Mastery of operating a plant and concrete production logic (dosing, recipes, controls)- Proficiency with control tools (complete internal training will be provided on the group's systems)- Fluent French (written and spoken)- Category B driving license essential; heavy goods vehicle license (C) is an asset- Rigor, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and team spirit- Ease with early startsWe offer to our employees placed in a permanent position- A permanent, full-time position in a solid group growing in the Valais market- Personalized support throughout the recruitment process and after you start the position- Accompanied integration within an experienced team - you will not be alone at the controls at the start- Complete internal training on the group's tools and procedures- Remuneration: salary in line with the sector's collective labor agreement, 13th month included, supplemented by the benefits of a large group- Real prospects for development in the medium to long term within the group- A modern and stimulating work environment at the Martigny site, easily accessible- Daytime hours (starting at 6 a.m.) that free up your afternoons- Absolute discretion guaranteed regarding your current employerStart date: immediately or by agreementDo you recognize yourself in this job description and do you wish to invest yourself in a dynamic environment within a leading group?
