On behalf of one of our clients, a renowned company in the Vallée de Joux, we are looking for their future Concierge-Cleaning Agent (M/F). Your future responsibilities: You will ensure the daily maintenance and technical cleaning of production surfaces. You will guarantee the cleanliness of common areas while respecting the calm (absolute discretion). You will intervene at the end of the day for cleaning to avoid disrupting production. You will be called to support production for cleaning tasks (machine filters, drainages). You will also be responsible for ensuring the proper condition of a building with several apartments. You will carry out the cleaning of corridors, staircases, and the common laundry room. You will ensure the maintenance of machines (filter cleaning) and management of exteriors (lawn mowing, surroundings of the building).Your profile: You have confirmed experience in building maintenance or concierge services. You live less than 30 minutes from the village of Sentier. You are recognized for your autonomy, your sense of organization, and your ability to manage your working time freely. You are a trustworthy person, endowed with great discretion and excellent interpersonal skills. You have a neat appearance and a clean criminal record. You are versatile, able to switch from interior maintenance to mowing work in exterior conditions.
