For the opening of a new boutique, we are looking for a Concession Manager full-time for our concession at Globus Zurich starting 01.09.2026.

YOUR MISSION

As a Concession Manager, you are an ambassador of the Longchamp brand. You represent our brand image on the sales floor and embody our values at all times. In your role, you bear the operational and organisational overall responsibility for the concession and act independently as well as in close coordination with headquarters.

YOUR TASKS

  • Overall responsibility for the smooth running and all processes within the concession
  • Ensuring the implementation of company standards and brand guidelines within the concession
  • Leadership, development and motivation of the team
  • Staff scheduling as well as active participation on the sales floor
  • Professional sales advice including confident handling of cash register activities and closing
  • Managing sales performance based on relevant KPIs and deriving appropriate measures
  • Weekly reporting to the DACH headquarters
  • Quantity planning, merchandise disposition and assortment control
  • Implementation and assurance of visual merchandising guidelines
  • Building, maintaining and developing a sustainable customer base
  • Organisation of stock, deliveries and complaints
  • Organisation and active participation in customer events
  • Responsibility for CRM activities and customer loyalty

YOUR PROFILE

  • Several years of professional experience in retail, ideally in the premium or luxury segment
  • Initial to solid experience in a leadership role (e.g. ASM, SM, Concession Lead)
  • Strong sales competence and customer orientation
  • Very good knowledge of relevant retail KPIs and customer analysis
  • Organisational strength, personal responsibility and structured working method
  • High social competence, team spirit and resilience
  • Affinity for fashion, trends and high-quality brand presentation
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance
  • Very good German skills as well as good English skills
