Thanks to high service competencies and a powerful manufacturing capability, it holds a top position in its niche. The business model is unique and is efficiently supported by an ERP system X. For the management of X, we are looking for a service-oriented individual. In your onboarding, you will become familiar with the business processes in the various departments together with X. At the same time, you will get to know external IT partners and existing systems. Internally, you will coordinate the needs of the employees in collaboration with X from IT. You can expect short decision-making paths and an appreciative working atmosphere with little hierarchy. As the IT Manager in X, you will report directly on the operations and optimization of IT systems, management of external partners, optimization and development of the IT system landscape, creation and development of process and IT documentation, and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support through external partners. Your profile: Education with a focus on structures, workflows, ERP, and knowledge of current trends and standards of a modern IT infrastructure. Familiar with process applications for CRM, X infrastructure in the industry. Experience in procurement and in X with external IT partners. Service orientation and a joy in working with people.
