About the assignment

As part of digital transformation projects, we are looking for a computer science student wishing to develop their skills in change management. You will participate in the implementation of actions aimed at facilitating the adoption of new tools, processes, and working methods by users.

This assignment is ideal for a student wishing to gain practical experience at the interface between business, users, and IT teams.

Your tasks

  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of change management actions.
  • Contribute to the creation of communication and training materials (user guides, FAQs, presentations, short videos, etc.).
  • Assist in organising and facilitating workshops or training sessions.
  • Collect user feedback and analyse their needs.
  • Ensure follow-up of requests and contribute to the continuous improvement of materials.
  • Participate in document management and content updates.
  • Collaborate with project teams, business units, and technical teams.

Profile sought

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student in computer science, information systems, or equivalent field.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Organisational skills and autonomy.
  • Interest in digital transformation projects and user experience.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to simplify technical topics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel); knowledge of SharePoint is an asset.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Genially, Camtasia, etc.) is a plus.
