The mission From July 1 to December 31 (renewable), you will be responsible, on behalf of our clients: Entering supplier invoices and production notes for payroll The mission evolves towards hiring, you will take on responsibilities with: Complete management of our clients' accounting, from A to Z (general accounting + auxiliary and analytical) and the closing of annual accounts in compliance with Swiss regulations Monitoring tax matters and VAT Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Collaborating with external auditors and providing the necessary documents. Participating in financial processes, implementing new tools, and the constant evolution of accounting software, finance, or related field (Federal certificate in finance and accounting preferred). Professional experience of at least 1 to 2 years, ideally in a fiduciary firm. Knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and proficiency in tools (Excel) and ERP (Odoo). Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Proficiency in French, with good knowledge of English or German.
