As part of the project to migrate the Finance department to the new SAP S/4HANA ERP and optimize processes, your main mission is to design, pilot, and deploy projects by combining accounting expertise, technologies (RPA), and solutions based on artificial intelligence.- Analyze accounting processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation of financial projects, particularly in the field of process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence.- Management and support of process change and knowledge transfer.- Support the Chief Accountant in the preparation of various financial reports for our parent company.Your skills- Degree in accounting, finance, audit (federal diploma as a finance and accounting specialist, university degree).- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a complex environment, with transformation or tool implementation projects (within an insurance company, a fiduciary).- Strong interest in technologies and good knowledge of tools (SAP, MS Office, Power BI, Power Automate).- Mastery of French, good knowledge of English, German is an asset.- Autonomous, comfortable with change and transformation processes, and motivated by new technological solutions.Your Benefits- Time to rest, for a trip, or for a hobby: thanks to five weeks of vacation, you have enough free time for yourself and your interests.- With us, you have a lot of freedom to make decisions, think entrepreneurially, and have your own ideas.
