To strengthen our finance department, at our headquarters based in Lausanne, we are looking for our future Accountant 60%.Your missionAs an Accountant, you will play a key role in the financial and accounting management of the company. You will report to the CFO and will have the following main responsibilities:- Enter and record current accounting entries (supplier invoices, customers, expense reports), perform bank reconciliations and ensure payment tracking- Participate in the management and monitoring of collections- Preparation of VAT returns- Participate in monthly and annual closings- File and archive accounting documents- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of accounting & IT processes- Management of current administrative tasks of the departmentYou are:- With a commercial background, you have a degree in accounting or equivalent qualification- Experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar function, ideally in an SME- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, Proconcept (a plus)- Analytical mind, rigor and ability to meet deadlines- Excellent communication skills and team spirit- French speaker with good knowledge of English and/or German (a plus)We offer you the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in a stimulating and dynamic environment.
