Your Mission

  • You identify, assess and evaluate compliance risks in relation to Swiss law and group directives.
  • You carry out compliance checks with relevant laws and regulations.
  • You draft guidelines, work instructions and processes with relevant compliance content.
  • You advise management and the front office on compliance-related topics.
  • You keep up to date with current legal and regulatory requirements, notably through internal and external continuing education.
  • You contribute to the development and updating of the bank’s internal regulations.
  • You help ensure structured and regular reporting to management and relevant bodies.
  • You share knowledge through training tailored to target groups as well as through content on the Intranet.

Your Profile

You hold a higher education qualification in banking, finance, law, economics or a similar field, and have solid professional experience in controlling and/or compliance, gained within a bank or a financial services provider. You have a good understanding of regulatory issues as well as the internal control system. You also possess in-depth knowledge in the areas of the Financial Services Act (LSFin) and market conduct rules. Solution-oriented, rigorous and with good communication and synthesis skills, you know how to work independently, keep a cool head under pressure and adapt quickly to new tasks. Your reliability, quality standards and ability to assert yourself make you a credible and effective professional. Due to our close collaboration with our parent company in France, an excellent command of French is essential. Good knowledge of English or German is also required for this position.
