## About Our Client ##

International company based in Geneva.

## Job Description ##

* Lead C&B projects and processes end-to-end, ensuring consistency across regions and functions.
* Collect and manage compensation and benefits data across global entities; provide reports and insights based on analytics.
* Support salary reviews, bonus cycles, and other core reward processes.
* Coordinate with regional and local HR teams to ensure adherence to global C&B policies and guidelines.
* Maintain up-to-date records of senior leaders' compensation and benefit packages.
* Track compliance with internal compensation processes and perform quality checks on data received from agencies.
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement and updating of global HR policies and compensation frameworks.
* Provide ad hoc support to HR leadership and senior stakeholders with data, analysis, and insights.

## The Successful Applicant ##

**Must-Have Experience & Skills**

* 5-7 years of experience in compensation & benefits or total rewards.
* Excellent understanding of salary structures, reward processes, and international benefits.
* High level of integrity and discretion with sensitive data.
* Fluent in English; French is a plus.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills; comfortable handling detailed and operational work at volume.
* Able to manage projects end-to-end and coordinate with teams without direct authority.



**Nice to Have**

* Experience in a large, global organization.
* Hands-on approach with strong Excel and data management skills.
* Exposure to HR tools and systems.
