La Balcons du Lac includes EMS X in Montreux, EMS X Laurelles in Territet, EMS X in Blonay, two temporary reception centers in Montreux and Villeneuve, as well as adapted housing with support in Blonay. It employs approximately 180 staff across various sectors to complete our care teams. We wish to hire several: Assistant in Community Health and Care Your mission: - Collaborate closely with the nursing team in caring for residents; - Responsibly and autonomously support residents in aspects of daily living; - Be responsible for the execution and monitoring of care performed by auxiliary health staff; - Perform the tasks and logistics related to managing the profile (F or H): Federal CFC qualification) as an assistant in community health and care; - Responsible, flexible, organized, autonomous, discreet; - Team spirit and sense of responsibility; - Good stress management; - Interest in elderly care; - Good knowledge, especially of common software in the field (DIR, etc.…); - Experience in EMS X / or used to working in large units.
