The Romande Clinic (CRR) is part of the clinics of Suva and is an essential pillar of the integrated care chain. It collaborates closely with university hospitals and centers to ensure coordinated, high-quality, and sustainable care. To strengthen our caregiving teams, we are looking for several: Community Health and Care Assistants Mission Under the supervision of the nurse, you actively participate in the care and support of individuals with complex needs in their care journey: burns, sequelae, or other demanding conditions. Your responsibilities include: - Providing care and compensating for deficiencies in daily living activities.- Listening to and documenting medical-technical procedures. - Promoting the autonomy of individuals and involving them in the care process with the interdisciplinary team and their relatives. - Supporting learners and new staff. Required qualifications: - CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) as a community health and care assistant (or an equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross).- Strong sense of responsibility and reliable professional demeanor. - Solid psychosocial skills, with a proven ability to establish a therapeutic and professional relationship with individuals in high vulnerability. - Stress resistance, professional endurance, and capacity for detachment, necessary to work in a demanding care environment. - Openness to intervene occasionally in other units to promote continuity of care and mutual support. - Commitment to engage sustainably with individuals requiring intensive and long-term support. - Proficiency in the French language, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level).
