Assistant in community health care at 60% Within the Competence Domain (CD) Elderly, we welcome aging individuals with disabilities, presenting an intellectual disability and/or an autism spectrum disorder. Our multidisciplinary team supports them daily in a suitable, respectful, and stimulating environment. To complete our team, we are looking for: You will join a committed and supportive team, working in several homes of 8 beneficiaries, where proximity and the quality of the relationship are essential. Your role consists of supporting the individuals welcomed in their daily life, with kindness and respecting their individual pace, taking into account the mission process. Provide basic care and ensure support in daily living activities. Offer wellness, comfort, and safety care. Support beneficiaries respecting their pace, abilities, and specific needs. Collaborate closely with nurses and teams for the continuity and quality of nursing support within the homes. Your profile: Experience preferred with people with disabilities, elderly or in care; able to work independently while being part of a team dynamic.
