Perform medical-technical procedures. Observe and monitor the physical and mental health of individuals, reporting any concerns to the team meetings to discuss care plans and offer your ideas for improving care. Participate in medical visits and examinations within the institution. Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals by adhering to the institution's standards.
