Employment SpecialistAs an Employment Specialist within the unit, you contribute to public actions by ensuring a coherent and adapted approach for different audiences. You support the Departmental Delegate in the preparation of speeches, key messages, and the management of complex files, particularly in areas related to agriculture and public policies.Responsibilities- Manage complex and transversal files autonomously.- Develop content, materials, and channels appropriate to the needs and objectives of the department.- Prepare the interventions of the Head of Department and department managers (Directors General, office heads, cantonal veterinarian or cantonal chemist, or others), particularly for files related to agriculture.- Respond to media requests.- Coordinate relations with the media and with partners of the department and the cantonal administration.- Deputize for the Departmental Delegate.- Develop the use of appropriate means, materials, and vehicles for the needs and objectives of the Department.For further information, please consult the job description by clicking here.Profile- Degree in a field related to the activity or equivalent training in journalism and/or continuing education in institutional, public communication.- Confirmed experience in journalism, institutional communication, and/or public relations and media.- Ease in written communication, excellent writing skills.- Solid knowledge of the political system.WHO ARE WE?The General Secretariat of the Department of Agriculture, Sustainability, and Digital Affairs has the mission of supporting the Head of Department in their governmental activities and providing support to services and offices in the legal, financial, economic, and HR management of their files.
