Manager - Campaigns & Digital Context The FER Geneva strengthens its Marketing & Member Services Department and recruits an experienced Manager to enhance the impact, visibility, and modernity of its external communication. This role is designed as a senior position: a person capable of producing, driving, and structuring demanding campaigns and initiatives, while contributing to enriching the strategies and approaches in a more engaging, embodied, and mission-driven manner. You enhance the impact and effectiveness of the external communication of FER Geneva. You lead multichannel campaigns and initiatives in service of the institutional brand, employer brand, and promotion of services. You contribute to modernizing and developing an audience- and performance-oriented approach, and support collective dynamics through quality execution, advisory support, and management. Responsibilities External & Brand Consistency Design and deploy communication plans aligned with FER’s priorities Translate institutional or complex topics into clear, audience-oriented messages Ensure editorial quality, coherence of messages, and brand identity across all channels Campaign Design and Management Imagine, structure, and deploy multichannel campaigns: institutional brand, employer brand, promotion of services, customer marketing, events, sponsorship, and define objectives, targets, messages, channels, planning, budgets, and performance Management of initiatives focused on impact, engagement, and digital Develop contemporary and engaging content: short videos, capsules, testimonials, embodied content, conversion content Strengthen the marketing approach: audience, acquisition, engagement, performance of print, web, social, and newsletters Structure the use of AI in workflows and introduce modern working methods (briefs, test-and-learn, monitoring) Subject Matter Expert Provide expert insight on briefs, messages, and quality execution with rigor and kindness Contribute to sharing best practices and disseminating solid working methods within the team Be a recognized support point through the quality of analysis, advising, and execution Profile & Requirements Higher education in marketing, media, or digital 7 to 10 years minimum experience in campaign management or multichannel brand campaigns Experience in a demanding environment: recognized institution, large reputable agency, or strong brand Very good mastery of digital, audience mechanics, and contemporary media Concrete experience or strong interest in using AI in marketing & skills Excellent ability to craft a clear message on complex topics — very strong writing skills Marketing sensibility: audience, value proposition, performance Ability to move from strategy to execution, comfortable in cross-functional management Strong autonomy, culture of innovation and continuous improvement Intelligence: ability to challenge, involve, and differentiate Experience in enhancing or upgrading a function within the codes of institutional and employer branding and audience journey logic Knowledge of the Swiss economic landscape in the Romandy region Why join FER Geneva?
