Team Leader, Joint Unit (ORP-CSR)Job DescriptionThe Joint Unit ORP-CSR, at the Regional Employment Office (ORP) of West Lausanne, aims to support beneficiaries of the Insertion Income (RI) using methods that combine the skills of social workers from the Regional Social Center (CSR) and personnel consultants from the ORP. In this role, you organize and support the activity of the members of the Joint Unit. You accompany the professional development of a team that relies on the actions of two complementary professions and impact the deployment of innovative practices in the field of insertion. You ensure the development of the skills of the members of your unit, while controlling the quality of the service provided to beneficiaries and compliance with the legal framework. You support the head of the ORP and the head of the CSR and contribute to the quality of exchanges between the ORP and the CSR. You follow and advise each beneficiary with the goal of optimizing employment uptake.
