You can expect an unlimited employment contract, a modern working environment with the associated equipment for remote work and home office.Region: Romandie, BernYour responsibilities:- As Commercial Sales Manager, you act as the central point of contact for the conception, planning, and alignment of renewable energy systems- Expansion of the existing customer base as well as new customer acquisition- Building and maintaining relationships with solar sales channels such as EPCs, utility companies, project developers, commercial customers, and customers in the region- Identification and development of sales opportunities- Preparation of market analyses and strategies for the region- Development of regional sales strategies and coordination with the marketing department- Strengthening customer competencies through product training, workshops, and coaching- Support in system planning and design of photovoltaic systems- Support of product management in the definition and improvement of the product portfolio for the market- Participation in trade fairs and customer eventsRequirements:- Completed technical or business studies, technician, master craftsman, or comparable qualification desirable- Industry and specialist knowledge in photovoltaics required- Experience in the field of renewable energy technology products- Regional networking with the above-mentioned solar sales channels is an advantage- Initial experience with SolarEdge products is an advantage- Ability to identify and win new customers while maintaining existing relationships- Personal interest, flexibility, and willingness to learn for further development- Very good German and French language skills in spoken and written form, with goal-oriented and very good language comprehension, English skills are an advantage- Independent and proactive work attitude and commitmentSolarEdge considers its talented and diverse workforce a decisive competitive advantage.
