Commercial Management Assistant
Your tasks
- Administrative and organisational support for a Manager and a Commercial Technician
- Daily telephone contacts with tenants, property managers, tradespeople and authorities
- Processing terminations
- Drafting and sending purchase orders and requests for quotations
- Processing and coding supplier invoices
- Monitoring various reports (regular reports sent to owners)
- Rent adjustments
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Professional experience in the administrative field; experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Native French speaker, very good skills in office correspondence
- Digital affinity, openness to change and innovation
- Strong customer orientation and relationship management in a partnership mode
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach with interpersonal skills
