We are looking, for our client located in the Lausanne region, for a:

Responsibilities :

• Updating the price list and monitoring
  
• Preparing commercial offers (French-German)
  
• Order processing
  
• Commercial support for external sales in Swiss German-speaking region
  
• Customer reception and telephone handling
• Correspondence with clients / suppliers (French-German)
• Preparation of French / German mailings

Profile :

• 23 - 52 years old
• Federal VET Diploma in Commercial Employment or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2-4 years professional experience as a commercial employee or sales assistant - customer service
  
• Bilingual Swiss German - French
• Good knowledge of common IT tools
• Customer-oriented personality, comfortable with IT, versatile, precise and able to manage priorities
