Main missions: Routine tasks (letters, emails, formatting, document updating) Reception and welcome (telephone, responding to requests from partners and invoices: sending, follow-up, reminders, for accounting) Filing and archiving documents (physical and digital) Event management (tracking lists, stand files, partners, guests, contracts and official documents) Tasks will evolve over time based on your skills, autonomy, and interest in different aspects of the festival. Desired profile: You wish to pursue an apprenticeship as a commercial employee CFC You are organized, comfortable with digital tools, have a sense of contact, and are not afraid of the phone. You are motivated by the world of events and teamwork.
