As part of our development, we are looking for a Commercial & Administrative Coordinator to strengthen our organisation and ensure rigorous follow-up of our clients, partners and files.
Your mission
A true operational pillar of our structure, you will be responsible for the administrative, commercial and organisational follow-up of our daily activities.
At the heart of the activity, you will ensure coordination between prospects, clients, partners and advisers to guarantee a quality client experience as well as impeccable file follow-up.
Your responsibilities
- Contact new prospects and incoming clients
- Ensure telephone follow-ups and track ongoing opportunities
- Organise and schedule advisers’ appointments
- Follow up on client and partner requests
- Manage exchanges with insurance companies and external partners
- Update and monitor CRM tools
- Control and track administrative files
- Ensure follow-up of commissions and payments
- Prepare and transmit necessary documents to various stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and deadlines
- Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes
Profile sought
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- Organisational skills and administrative rigour
- Ability to manage several files simultaneously
- Autonomy, responsiveness and sense of priorities
- Good command of IT tools and CRMs
- Service orientation and client focus
Essential requirement
A good knowledge of the Swiss pension, insurance or finance market is essential.
Experience in insurance brokerage, pension, financial services or a similar role will be a major asset.
