To learn more, follow this link.Your missions- Autonomous processing of admission applications at the Bachelor and Master levels for students and holders of foreign diplomas.- Examination and processing of admission files, with autonomous decision-making, partly in coordination with other competent services of the University of Fribourg.- Drafting of official decisions in French, German, and English.- Research and analysis of foreign education systems with a view to evaluating the recognition of diplomas for admission.- Information and advice to students and applicants regarding admission conditions and procedures (by email, telephone, or at the counter).- Execution of various tasks related to the management of admission files.Desired profile- Completed Bachelor's degree from a university or a university of applied sciences.- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally acquired in a university environment.- Solid analytical and synthesis skills, with a structured and solution-oriented work approach.- Ability to work autonomously while actively participating in teamwork.- Ease of communication with good interpersonal skills and a strong capacity for negotiation.- Rigorous and honest, demonstrating a keen sense of responsibility and reliability.- Very good command of English, both oral and written.- Excellent writing skills in French and German.- Excellent command of French and German, both oral and written (minimum level C1 in one language and C2 in the other).We offer- Fixed-term contract for three years with the possibility of extension.- Work rate of 75–80%, leave on Fridays.- Possibility of partial teleworking.- A varied field of activities within a well-established team.- Great autonomy and responsibility in daily work. jid0fa7315aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
