Accountant in an SMEStart date: As soon as possible, Try & Hire (6-month assignment followed by a permanent contract)Duration: Full-time, 100%Are you an accountant with good knowledge of management control, looking to develop your expertise in a versatile and autonomous role?We are recruiting to join an SME in French-speaking Switzerland where you will be able to apply your skills and evolve in an environment.About the roleThis position is part of a handover process with the person currently in charge of the function, who is retiring. A handover period is planned to allow you to gradually take over the entire scope of the position and acquire perfect mastery of the activities, since you will be alone in this position and will report directly to the management. You will be responsible for accounting and financial management, but you will also have the opportunity to intervene in other areas (HR, insurance, etc.). This is therefore an ideal opportunity for a young professional wishing to develop a global vision of the management of a company.TasksConcretely, you will have the opportunity to:- Accounting & treasury: manage creditors and debtors, ensure bookkeeping, monitor payments and prepare closings.- Taxes & insurance: participate in tax returns and ensure the monitoring of insurance policies.- Administration & reception: organize the office, welcome calls and visitors, and ensure the link with external partners.- Human resources: contribute to payroll processing and social charges, follow personnel files (this task will soon be handled by an external partner).- Payroll and social charges processing.- Communication & marketing: participate occasionally in the organization of events and projects.We are looking for- Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting (or equivalent).- First successful experience in bookkeeping in Switzerland in an SME.
