We are looking for one of our clients in the watchmaking industry, based in Geneva, several: Precision Mechanics to hold positions as CNC Turning Setters. CNC Turning Setter M/FMISSION DESCRIPTIONChangeovers of series, adjustments of clamping devices and tools, setting of dimensions, and starting up CNC lathes Index, Traub, Benzinger Bi-Spindle Bi-Turret or Tri-Turret. Machining and inspection of manufactured parts: cases, backs, bezels in steel, titanium or sharp pre-parts with traditional inspection tools, 3D control and optical inspection according to the parts. First line maintenance in 2x8 or 3x8 shifts.PROFILE Type CFC in polymechanics or CFC of micromechanics, Professional BAC or BTS in Production. Have had a successful first experience in the mechanical industry in Switzerland, ideally in the field. Basic knowledge in the field would be a plus. Excellent knowledge of reading technical documents, knowledge in control tools including numerical control tools. A good mechanical technical sense to find quick and effective solutions.
